Troubleshooting HCP

• Gateway: not a valid hostname
• Gateway: install Connection error
• Chrome Extension: No destinations found
• Debug: collect log files from HCP
• Card reader: RFIdeas 241 reader doesn't read card
• Gateway: verify connectivity to Primary
• KM - IWS: "Device not found"
• KM - IWS: Unable to login with card
