We are experiencing tremendous success with our portfolio of Mobile Print Solution and our partners and customers are adapting to our offerings and leading technology. We have big aspirations and lots of ideas for the future and to help us expand our presence in Europe, we are looking for an experienced and self-driven Regional Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Our New Regional Sales Manager will get responsibility for the region as well as a European responsibility for one of our large OEM partners defined as one of the top print and MFP manufacturers. This means, that besides building up your partner channel in the region, you will also be responsible for coordinating the business activity European wide for the OEM account you are responsible for.

In the role as Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying, qualifying, driving, and ultimately closing opportunities in close partnership with our channel. This will demand the ability to develop high value relationships with our channel and OEM partners. Identifying and defining partner needs, articulating our value proposition, differentiating from the competition and ultimately positioning EveryonePrint as a strategic technology partner.

You will work closely with global and regional organizations to define enablement programs, grow awareness and footprint in the mobile printing market. We’ll need you to have good creative and strategic planning skills to define programs, and processes that will successfully carry our solution to this assigned market. This position is a home working based role, but you must preferably be based in Northern Germany, with easy access to an international airport.


  • Channel management and responsibility for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • European management of the assigned OEM partner and related regional offices.
  • Grow your business pipeline by proactive research, identify and target new business and revenue through your existing and future network.
  • Proactively engage with marketing & sales team, in order to fully understand their business needs and identify new business areas and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow a strong annual and quarterly pipeline and provide appropriate feedback, forecasts and update on activities and sales performance to direct manager or Head of Sales.
  • Ensure that sales and partner tracking systems (CRM) are continuously updated to increase planning and efficiency and keep our performance and engagement transparent.
  • Achieve your annual quota and maintain a close plan.
  • Participate in the global development of EveryonePrint partner program, with a focus on enabling channel and training partners to improve their sales capabilities, solution knowledge, processes, ability to manage global contracts, etc…


  • Experienced and senior Business Development Manager, Sales or Account Manager.
  • Proven track record with demonstrated success in the Printing industry.
  • Experience with enterprise Software Solution Selling, Channel Sales and business development within the printing industry.
  • Experience in maintaining and developing a strong channel partnership and ability to build long term relationship with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Result oriented and self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven complex negotiation skills & sales record.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to drive complex negotiations and present to senior executives or at conferences.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written German and English.
  • Technical understanding of the printing industry related work experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.
