Terms and Conditions
DEFINITIONS
“Participant” or “You” means selected partners of Y Soft A/S who are eligible to participate as detailed below
”Y Soft Partner” means the partner at which the participant is employed.
“Program” means the Y Soft Incentive programme and all its component parts.
“Invitation letter” means the personal email that participants have received from Y Soft before registering for the program.
Promoter is Y Soft A/S or “Y Soft”, whose registered office is at Technická 2948/13

“GDPR” means the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679);
GENERAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to Y Soft’s Incentive program.
This Program runs during the period defined in the invitation letter “the incentive period”.
By taking part in the program, accessing the participant account, transacting bonus, or using any other aspect of the Program or Y Soft Partnerzone, the Participant will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these general terms. Y Soft shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions and/or to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel the Program including for the avoidance of doubt any associated rewards at any time and without prior notice. These terms and conditions together with any other instructions listed elsewhere on the Y Soft website form the full terms and conditions. It is the Participant’s responsibility to familiarise itself with these terms and conditions on a regular basis for possible changes.
DISQUALIFICATION AND TERMINATION
Y Soft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that acts in any fraudulent manner, attempts to bypass the rules or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the program, who tampers with the entry process or reward redemption, or may benefit from such tampering.
Participants must not register on behalf of another individual. Only one e-mail address per Participant will be allowed for registration.
In the event of any disputes relating to the Program or rewards awarded, Y Soft’s decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. All disputes relating to Rewards products and fulfilment will be at the discretion of Y Soft.
Y Soft cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this Program agree that Y Soft will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this Program.
Where Participants are given notice of Program termination, all rewards must be redeemed 30 days following notification of the end of the Program.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
EY Soft shall act as Data Controller as defined in Data Protection Legislation. Y Soft agrees to comply with their obligations under all applicable legislation. In particular, Y Soft shall share Personal Data with the Y Soft Partner for the purposes of administration of the Program, fulfilment of Rewards orders placed by the Participant, communications regarding the Program and other related marketing included in the Privacy Policy.
ELIGIBILITY
This Program is open to Participants who are employed by the Y Soft Partner, have obtain the prior permission of their employer, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have personally received the invitation letter from Y Soft.
TO PARTICIPATE
To participate the participatant has register themselves at the Incentive registration form and accept the terms and conditions can participate in the program.
Only then can a participant receive the rewards.
EARNING REWARD PAYMENTS
Reward incentive will be awarded to each Participant based on their qualifying activity and won sales opportunities each month.
Activities can be registered at the sales incentive claim form .
Participants must register their activities no later than one week after termination of the incentive period. Activities can only be registered once so only one participant can register an activity even though two participants may be working together.
Any fraudulent activity of accounts or reward redemptions may result in the termination of Participants account and the cancellation of accrued rewards orders placed. Y Soft shall seek to recover from the Participant any losses incurred as a result of fraudulent activity.
REWARD
Partipants will receive rewards paid according to the terms set in the invitation letter.
Participants may not combine reward with other forms of payment, pool, transfer or combine bonuses with any other participant or Program in order to redeem rewards.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or any other kind of payment by Y Soft to the Participant.
TAX
You acknowledge that by registering for this rewards program that your employer is aware you are doing so.
All local Income Tax, National Insurance/Social Security liabilities that may arise under this program are your own individual responsibility to declare to the relevant authorities.
Y Soft will absolve themselves from any liability arising from any tax or National Insurance Contributions arising from this prize. Recipients are directly responsible for accounting for and paying to their local tax offices any tax liability or social contributions or other local taxation arising on their prize.
