Copenhagen, Denmark – September 2020.
In July, we completed the acquisition of One Q Technologies, a move that brought together two major global players in the cloud print technology arena. We are delighted to announce today that we have completed a smooth integration of both organizations’ people, systems, and processes. We will retain our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and the now unified organization will trade as EveryonePrint.
The transaction saw an experienced team join the EveryonePrint cohort. By bringing the two entities together, we have doubled our R&D capability, boosted our technical prowess with the addition of experienced cloud print engineers to the team, and expanded our pre-sales, sales, and marketing functions.
“Both companies share the same customer-centric culture and during this brief period of transition I am delighted to confirm that it has been very much business as usual with day-to-day operations, current and pending projects continuing as normal,” said Tavs Dalaa, CEO, EveryonePrint.
The collaboration has already enabled us to advance our innovation agenda and stay ahead technologically. The monthly roadmap of platform enhancements to the EveryonePrint Hybrid Cloud Platform (HCP) continues apace and we have added support for Kyocera embedded client to the HCP platform. We will also release a new version of our scalable VDMS server-based, cluster-enabled print management solution for large business and enterprise customers, in October
The combined company will provide industry-leading capabilities to clients of both organizations and empower our global partner community to accelerate their customers’ migration to the cloud, reduce the cost and complexity associated with a traditional print environment, and ultimately achieve business growth.
“We are very excited about our future. By leveraging our team members’ talents as one strengthened unified business, with a strong focus on operational excellence, EveryonePrint is well-positioned to deliver forward-looking technologies to address evolving customer needs in the age of the cloud, to achieve greater customer satisfaction, and deliver on our strategic goal to be the No.1 cloud platform for print infrastructure,” Dalaa concluded.
