Secure Hosting environment
Beyond application security, choosing the right hosting environment is a critical part of securing cloud print. EveryonePrint public cloud is designed to deliver enterprise-level infrastructure.
HCP is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) - the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. The solution can also be deployed and delivered via the customer’s own private cloud infrastructure on other hosting platforms.
AWS has the most extensive global cloud infrastructure. No other cloud provider offers as many Regions with multiple Availability Zones connected by low latency, high throughput, and highly redundant networking. The AWS Region and Availability Zone model has been recognized by Gartner as the recommended approach for running enterprise applications that require high availability.
Data location
Unless otherwise agreed prior to account set up, all processing and storage of customer data within the HCP solution will be managed locally. This means that for organizations in the EU, data will be stored by default within the EU, US customers’ data will remain in a US-based datacentre, APAC in AP and for UK government customers, data is processed and stored in UK Government GovCloud.

Incident management
EveryonePrint has a comprehensive Incident Management and Major Incident Management Procedure in place designed to mitigate and manage any area of potential risk or security breach.
Service level information is published at our website under status including real-time information on system performance and interruptions to overall service. It is also possible to subscribe to receive planned maintenance and interruption of service notifications.
Penetration
testing
External consultants perform penetration testing on a quarterly basis. These red team engagements which address the OWASP Top 10 Web Application Security Risks test HCP’s security effectiveness and controls within the scope of the EveryonePrint Security Testing Standard.
